Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. Outside, round off your evenings in the fresh air with a glass of wine on the communal terrace of the building. Due to its optimal location on the edge of the hilltop city centre, a gorgeous panoramic view of the surrounding countryside awaits you just beyond your front door. Local shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are also in the immediate proximity and within a 5-minute walk you will find numerous cultural offerings like ancient castle, gates and city’s theater. For those seeking a relaxing day by the beach, the beautiful golden sands of Playa de El Palmar are about 12.5 km or a 16-minute drive away.
