"Die Wohnung ist total ungepflegt. Haare in der Dusche, Schmutzränder am Wasserhahn und Ablauf im Waschbecken, klebrige Besteckschublade mit Krümeln, Geschirr schlecht gespült, klebrig, Kühlschrank nicht geputzt, ein Fach völlig klebrig, Staubhaufen in den Ecken, Abzughaube in der Küche starrt vor Fett, alle Flächen/Tische staubig oder/und klebrig, Sitzissen fleckig. Mussten erst mal selbst putzen, um es auszuhalten. Schade, eigentlich schön eingerichtete Wohnung, die wohl schon mal bessere...

"Ponúkané fotografie sa líšili od toho, čo bolo skutočnosťou. Izby boli zrekonštruované veľmi nedokonale. Plávajúce podlahy sa rozchádzali, lišta oddelujúca podlahu kuchynského kúta od ostatného priestoru stále odpadávala a bola provizórne prilepená lepiacou páskou. Televízor síce bol, ale nedal sa naladiť jediný kanál nakoľko chýbal kábel, ktorý nám dodatočne pani doniesla, ale aj tak nemali anténu : -( :-D, takže sa nedal naladiť jediný program.....Chladnička čudne zapáchala. Nábytok bol úplne...
