You have access to a fenced pool (open all year), a garden, covered and uncovered terraces, and a barbecue area in a private outdoor space. The property is 3 km from a shopping center, 4 km from the beaches of Torre del Mar, 20 km from Nerja, 25 km from Frigiliana, 30 minutes from Málaga and 15 minutes from Rincón de la Victoria.
