There was air conditioning in 3 rooms and the property was fully equipped with great extras such as beach towels, beach umbrellas and an ice box. Plenty of on street parking outside the property. "Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this well presented, spacious, very clean and well equipped villa. Communication before and during our stay with the hosts was excellent. For anyone who wants to stay within walking distance to amenities the location wouldn't be suitable as most things are at least a short drive away. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and would happily book to stay again."

"The villa is everything that is advertised and we had a wonderful stay at Erase Una Vez. The villa has everything you could possibly want, including a welcome pack. There is a stock of herbs etc, as well as soaps, washing up liquids etc. The villa is off the beaten track, with some hairpin mountain roads, however the roads are fairly quiet. "Wonderful 8 days at this lovely villa. Initially met by a local Brit who manages the house in a nearby location which was easy to find and so access to the property was very smooth. Ideally laid out for our group of 4 adults and 2 children with plenty of different areas to have our own space if necessary or to all come together. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen but highlight was the amazing pool with diving board which the younger aswell as older kids loved and we all enjoyed the size of it to...

"Superb. By far the best equipped property I have rented (and I have rented a lot). There was nothing we wanted that wasn't there. There are 4 restaurants in the immediate vicinity (we tried 3 which were all very good) with more in San Juan de los Terreros a 45 minute walk away (or an hour or more in 30+ degrees heat!!). The nearest complex pool is only yards away and, as with the villa and the complex grounds is immaculate"

"The villa was as beautiful as the photos had shown, if not even better, with sea and mountain views. The exotic garden, the swimming pool, the games area were fabulous. The villa was so well equipped for a famiily holiday, with cot, high chair, toys and pool floats etc. i cannot find anything to fault it. We were a party of grandmother, son and daughter-in-law, teenage grandson and 10 month old granddaughter. We have friends who live in Aguilas so we did not venture far but enjoyed one or two...
