"This was just what I wanted from a one night stay in Ploče. Great and convenient location close to shops, restaurants and transport, large clean room with effective A/C, friendly and helpful staff and an incredible view from my room. I slept in exceptionally well."

"We stayed for one night and it was OK. Could have done with bath towels rather than just hand towels. Curtains need attention so they close properly. Washing machine needs a deep clean to remove odours, so didn't use it. Just tired and dated but OK for overnight."

"The property can be qualified at most as an 1 star facility , maybe 2 because the bathrooms are clean and significantly run down . For example the rooms have no fridge , no ice machine in the hallways ( that smell strongly like cigarettes smoke ) , the head of the bed has the plug in the place where you will try to lay back and the light gets on and off depending how you lay . The staff is so poorly educated about the way they should do their job ."

"The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and excellent decor. The breakfast area provided a very relaxing and beautiful view. The food was abundant, there were allergy awareness signs, and choices of food to choose from."

"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

"Disappointed on arrival to find out the on site restaurant had closed 2 wks previously and our units hot tub was not working properly…the 2 main reasons we booked this more isolated property. Upside, we had a fantastic meal at the Pizzeria Maslina in Drvenik and when we returned, the staff had the hot tub starting to heat although it was a very slow process and the filter never did function properly. Transparent communication on their behalf regarding the restaurant closure would have allowed us...
