"Pool over crowded, not enough space around the pool and between the beds. Jacuzzi cold, not heated and never experienced anything like that. After bringing it to their attention nothing was done nor considered, disappointed."

"A nice hotel, but not 5 star for a few reasons i.e cramped pool area, average service, chaotic dining, disruptive cleaners/maids, not a great deal of options for food intolerances.
