High end luxury and still looking new. Fabulous customer service, from housekeeping to registration r concierge help to restaurant and bar staff. Positive attitudes everywhere. Seven distinct pools, and a wide variety of first class eateries and bars. The gold suite I stayed on (51st floor) was spacious and comfortable and had a great view northward of the Sphere and other hotels. Definitely recommend! Also, in early May, mostly conference attendees, and very few children.

The staff is wonderful! Jamila at the front desk was exceptional. The rest of the property is okay. did love the water dispensers and the free sunscreen around the property.

The property was clean, in a walkable area, and conveniently located near shops and dining options. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which made it a peaceful place to stay. Communication with the host was smooth during booking and check-in. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for easy access to local attractions and a comfortable stay.

I always loved going to this hotel either for dinner only or for a few night stay, how ever I would not recommend it for a family with kids .
