"The hotel was very nice but before we arrived the booking we made nearly 12 months previously was communicated that they wished to move us to a sister hotel. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. "We had a lovely two-night stay. The staff were amazing, always friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, and although the property is slightly dated, the facilities were great. The food was excellent and varied each day. Our child loved Ollie’s Club with its fun activities and movies. The pools and private beach were perfect for relaxing, and the staff were so accommodating, even giving us a late checkout and buggy rides when it rained. Overall, a wonderful stay! "
