for sure not a “luxury” stay, but the place is super well maintained and an excellent price! it’s a ten minute walk to a bus that will take you straight to Hyllie and then you can hop on the train station and go wherever you’d like! I will say during the evening hours the bus only runs once an hour back from Hyllie to the stay, so some intentional planning of logistics would help you get to and from more easily. The staff provided instructions of how to get all of the things I needed to use, I never once needed to ask for anything, the grounds are well kept! The only main “con” is that the walls and doors are very thin so every time someone enters or exits you can hear them very loudly going through the hallway. Guests during our stay were generally mindful of this though and respected other guests by trying to keep quiet especially later during the evenings. If you are looking to travel to sweden on a budget, you should absolutely consider this place!

The rooms were well kept and staff was nice, but the internet was down and I was not informed of this until I asked. Checking in I didn’t get my key till 21:00 and I got there at 16:00. Overall mixed experience, would recommend another place to stay.

Below minimum

Positive first: Parking facilities fine. Free wifi. Linen, toilets and bathroom are clean. When I called on the phone to arrange check in, the staff was friendly. They are doing their best. At arrival I just wanted to leave again. The house and surrondings are not inviting. The door could hardly open. A guest helped us find the staff, by knocking hard and long on a door. A very young man did a not very professional appearance. The kitchen was full of people frying oily food. The fridge was stuffed and not clean. Smell of cooking spreading to the rooms. Windows very dirty. Very cheap and soft beds. Furniture from a flea market. The price is low and I was expecting a simple accomodation, but this was worn out and old, not in a charming way, but miserable. Surroundings are bare and uncharming. Nearest neighbour is a candyfactory sprading a smell of synthetic caramel whenever you open the window. Didn't find the Gym. Not a place I would recommend unless you have absolutely no need of aestethics or comfort and just want a cheap place to sleep.

Pleasantly to longer stay has been filled in the spacious room. Kitchenette served. Dryer/Washer has missed the soap/fabric. Beautifully snowy on the Farmhouse.

Not a bad hostel but the people who are living there full time are extremely loud. They come in after work and are loud for the next few hours and then loud again around 5am when they get up and leave for work. The area is nice, off the normal path.

The place is lacking of basic sanitation. Kitchen also needs to provide more kitchen aid to help cooking as it is the joint cooking facility. Needs someone there to care and manage the bossiness! Otherwise the you paid for what you get.

Arrived late but no one there to meet us despite prior warning of our arrival time. Needed 2 phone calls before we could access our accomodation.

Ideaal gelegen voor reizigers tussen Trelleborg, Rostock en Denemarken. De kamers zijn klein maar functioneel met eigen sanitair, en de gedeelde douches zijn schoon en fris (geen gordijnen!). De gezamenlijke keuken is een grote pre, inclusief gratis basisingrediënten. Helaas is het slaapcomfort onvoldoende. Door de dunne toppers en doorzakkende boxsprings is het bed ongeschikt voor zijslapers en oncomfortabel voor de rug. Een investering in kwalitatieve matrassen (zoals van Scarnatti®) is hier dringend nodig. Verder is de geluidsisolatie slecht; vroege arbeiders (05:00-07:00 uur) zijn goed hoorbaar!! Ook komt het hotel niet overeen met de foto's: de sfeer en kleuren die je online ziet, ontbreken in de praktijk volledig....

Fruktansvärda sängar, borde ha bytts ut för länge sedan. Täcken, kuddar och madrasser inte rena, fulla med gamla fläckar. Dörrar till toalett och garderober gick inte att stänga. Det var väldigt varmt så en fläkt på rummet hade varit trevligt. Fri rökning överallt utomhus vilket ledde till rök i vårat rum. Tiden för när det ska vara tyst respekterades inte utan det var livat till framåt 1-tiden. På info-tavlan står att det ska finnas en "manager" på plats men det såg vi inte till någon. DET FINNS ÖVERVAKNINGSKAMEROR UTAN ATT DET FINNS SKYLTAR! Vi såg i hallen och i köket, vet inte om det finns fler.
