"2/10 - Not worth the 5-star label Food was a major letdown across all three meals — cheap, clearly deep-frozen quality for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Drinks at the pool bar were watered down. The room had a bug problem, unsurprising given there were no screens on the windows or doors. Common areas (lobby, pool, and beach sections) had visibly dirty couches and armchairs, and the restaurant furniture was only half-heartedly cleaned. "The hotel is not at the dock but @ km from the town and the last .25 km is up a very steep hill. But once there the view is very pretty and the grounds exceptionally well maintained as are the rooms. One of the first hotels in Europe to have face cloths too! The owners are delightful, and so helpful. I spent two enjoyable nights and days there and would highly recommend it. Breakfast was a typical cold display with little protein and lots of fresh carbs. The homemade jam was delicious."

"The property is new. I think this is the second year of operation, and it looks well maintained and pretty nice everywhere. The staff are well trained, and they understand the needs of the guests well. The restaurant is fantastic, and the food is very, very, very nice. Breakfast was fantastic, with a very good spread and a great variety, satisfying our family's needs well: my wife, myself, and our three children. The beach was nice as well, and the staff were very helpful there. The kids' swimming pool was also nice, and the restaurant there was also nice. The food was very good, highly recommended, and we hope to visit again soon. My wife and son enjoyed the spa as well, and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool on the last day of our stay. Highly recommended."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. If you went to Mexico or Dominican for all inclusive before then this resort will be a bit different experience. Bar is closing at 11pm, from 11 to 12:30am bar is open but you have to pay for drinks. There is no place to get snacks after dinner is closed. Food variety at the buffet is not that good but overall is ok. I liked that you can always find sun bed on the beach or by the pool. Pool is warm and deep 2m. Entertainment at the evening was boring and there is no show for kids. During the day entertainment team was awesome, had different games. Me and my cousin had rooms in bungalow 9 so both had issues with drain, when showering or brushing teeth the water would raise from the drain and flood the floor. I read about the same issue in the comments, we reported to reception but nothing was done but hopefully they will fix it soon. Overall resort is ok but definitely not 5 stars, maybe 3."

"For the first time in my life I genuinely shed a tear when this holiday ended. It was a spectacular holiday and this house has a great deal to do with the beautiful memories we made here. We stayed for 16 nights mid-end August 2026. Throughout the entire stay we were 2 adults, 2 teenagers and my 8 year old but my mum and aunt also flew out to join us for a week during the stay. The house had plenty of room to accommodate us all.The photos don’t do this house justice. The views are spectacular and the wonderful owners and hosts (Despina and Steve) have anticipated everything. Designed and built from scratch by the owners there is nothing that hasn’t been considered. So much attention to detail and love has been poured into this place.The beds are incredibly comfortable. Every room is immaculately clean and the master bedroom is the size of a penthouse!!! The pool is a great size and the lovely local Schinias beach is a 7-8 min drive away. Despina and Steve could not have been more helpful or friendly. We will definitely keep in touch with them and my mum and aunt were blown away by the sheer beauty of the house and that spectacular view from every floor and every balcony We loved it here. There are steps to the spectacular house just to warn anyone who might need to know buy as it’s at the top of a gorgeous hill those steps only serve to perfect the breathtaking view.Simply put, the place is Stunning. Thank you D&S for hosting us xxxxx"
