"Staff was great, room was clean, AC unit works perfect. I only have small complaints. After this trip I realized I dont want a room that is across the hall from the indoor pool or close to the elevators/main lobby. It is very noisy and the door has a decent sized gap under it allowing for voices and noise to be heard easily. The gap around the black out curtains does not keep outage lights in the parking lot at night so your room won't be completely dark. The toilet is very low to the ground for tall people (just my two cents). My one recommendation is to have a plain egg omelet available for breakfast. Our choices were omelet with veggies or cheese. My daughter doesn't eat those veggies and she is lactose intolerant."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose this property because it was the only traditional hotel within walking distance of an event we were attending (Franklin Blues and BBQ Festival) so the rates were probably higher than normal. Our biggest complaint was the free hot breakfast. All 3 mornings were the same. Tasteless sausage patties and scrambled eggs. A handful of high carb offerings. Weak coffee and rock hard butter. The problem with Franklin is there are no restaurants "downtown" open for breakfast. It was a bit of a drive for a chain restaurant. The town looks a bit down on it's luck. There is a good Mexican restaurant inside the hotel called Tacos Inc that was a pleasant surprise. The staff at the hotel were outstanding and the room was clean and had a good amenities. The parking was free and there was plenty. All and all a good place except for the breakfast thing which wouldn't have mattered much if the town itself had something to offer."

"The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Ryan was very responsive and accommodating. The house is adorable and decorated in an eclectic and era appropriate fashion. We had a great stay."

"We stayed for 9 nights at this property in the center of Franklin; it is brand new and was very clean. It is within one block of four great restaurants. A store that rents bikes for many of the area trails (we rode 5 miles along the Allegheny River on a paved trail to Belmar Bridge) is just over a block away. A store with great olive oil/balsamic vinegar options is across the street and also sells authentic gelato. There is a brewery about 1/2 block away. We also traveled to Conneaut Lake (just over 30 miles away) to visit a winery/distillery. Katrina Percy, host, answered my many questions before we arrived. She was quite friendly and helpful in planning our stay."

"Our annual Miller Sister's Weekend was another success thanks to this VRBO rental. This home is ready for a lot of guests to have a good time. The outdoor seating areas and that pool--well they look fantastic. But sadly the weather did not cooperate for us to enjoy the outside much. But the grill worked great! And we had everything we needed to gather, spread out, party and catch up."

"We loved this spot so much! The only downside is we were very surprised with 2 night stay in a 3 bedroom there was no backup toilet paper supply at all, in either bathroom, so our guests (just our adult kids so they survived) were left with Kleenex use at the end of stay in the half bath. Also, thankfully we had paper towels in our car that we brought in to refill as that also had no backup stock. Otherwise great stay, lovely unit, close to great downtown sites, very clean, fancy high tech main bath, open main living area and well stocked kitchen for cooking! "
