"Ratings based on expectations - clean, convenient property with a good price point. Property is a conversion from a former motel. They did a good job with the conversion and the unit we stayed in was spacious with a full bath and living area. Kitchen scaled back - don’t expect to cook anything unless it’s small and toaster oven friendly. There were some friendly full time neighbors who seem to look out for the place, mixed with some more transient neighbors. I am assuming the late night...

"This cottage is so nice!! Everything was new and clean and comfortable. The decor was perfect, just enough and not too much. It was classy and the hosts thought of everything! There were fresh cookies waiting for us when we arrived, there was tea and coffee, fruit and nut bars, and even English muffins for breakfast. The communication was timely and clear. We had one question about the hot water and Greg responded in minutes and helped us get what we needed. I can’t recommend this cottage highly...

"The property was very clean inside. The outside of the complex did not seem as nice as the inside. The host decorated the apartment with bright pretty colors stocked with all the important amenities. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location for events at Hayward Field. Close to cute, unique restaurants and small business. Would definitely stay here again."

"Really nice, large studio in a heavenly spot just south of Eugene. Surprisingly close to everything given its definite rural feel. Perfect, that is, if you like trees and all things green. Besides the beautiful horses on the property, I also saw several deer passing through, as well as a number of wild turkeys. Owners are as nice as can be, the space is perfect: spacious, clean, modern, with nice little touches everywhere. Can't go wrong here!"
