"My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was awesome with a minor exception no drawer space to put your clothing while we were there. The staff was great especially the breakfast staff. They really worked hard and should be acknowledged. Having a casino Nextdoor was a win win. We plan on recommending your hotel to our friends and family that plan to visit Pittsburgh."

"The room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. Check in and check out was smooth. Only issue. After bring out all day we came back to a clean room but one of the hotel provided $3.00 water bottles was half drunk. I was not as concerned about the cost as much as someone being in our room and doing this. I informed the front desk who said a note would be put in our file. However, we were still charged. If this person had just opened the mini fridge and taken one of our many water bottles or drinks we would not have even noticed."

"Everything was wonderful except te temperature control in the lobby. It was insanely cold to a fault. There is no reason for it to be like an ice locker and believe me, I'd rather be cold than hot but this was too much. Other than that the place was really nice."

"Absolutely amazing stay! I originally came to Pittsburgh for a work trip and loved this hotel so much that I immediately rebooked it for an upcoming trip with my family. The design, artwork, and little unexpected details throughout the hotel make it feel like an experience, not just a place to stay. I especially loved the complimentary postcards you can actually write and send from the hotel. Such a thoughtful touch! Beautiful, unique, memorable, and easily one of my favorite hotel stays. Can’t wait to come back with my family!"
