"Clean and very friendly staff"

"Great place to stay for Artemis II Launch and Kennedy Space CenterThe property was very clean and the neiborhood was quiet and safe. No dogs barking. The pool was heated as we asked to 85 degrees and was a big plus. What we apreciate the most was the sunroom. We were there as soon as we arrived from our first day to the last one. Breakfeast, lunch and diner were taken there. The house is well furnished. The mattreess were very comfortable, the internet was great and the kitchen well furnished. On top of that, Margaret was very responsive. Overall communication with her was easy and she respond within minutes. Thanks you so much Margaret for our stay."

"Liz and Tommy were excellent hosts. Our stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it. And it’s in the ideal location for visiting the historic area of New Smyrna Beach. Once we parked the car, we didn’t have to get in it again. We were able to walk everywhere. Wonderful bars and restaurants, music, and little shops, with an art scene as well. The area was not too crowded…it was just right. "

"A very lovely place. It looks just like the pictures. Newer kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. Comfortable beds. Our only problem was getting hot water in the showers. The main bathroom is backwards and the master bathroom never gets past lukewarm. Otherwise we enjoyed it very much. We would stay here again."

"This cozy little place was absolutely spotless. It’s not fancy, but it has all the necessities and is a very comfortable spot to enjoy some time at the beach. It’s a duplex technically, but very private - we didn’t feel like we were sharing a house. It’s on a very quiet, woodsy street away from the traffic but only a few blocks from the main part of town. The host was very accommodating - we had to bring our dog at the last minute, and he made it painless to change our reservation. The back yard is fenced in and safe for furry vacationers. There is a train nearby but we weren’t bothered by it at all. Overall a wonderful spot and we would definitely stay there again!"

"The home itself met expectations. However, our stay was overshadowed by an issue with the host. On the first morning there, we were accused of having additional guests beyond our booking, which was not accurate. This accusation made the experience stressful and uncomfortable. While enforcing rules is understandable, it’s important to approach concerns with professionalism and verify facts before making claims. Once I pushed back, the host claimed to review the cameras again, and admitted he was wrong. "
