LATITUDE ADJUSTMENT. Your dog friendly home away from home in Venice with 2 bedrooms featuring 2 queen beds. The second bedroom is on the lanai with the ability to partition off from the rest of the room. Full-size couch for pull out extra sleeping.This quaint park model home offers a cozy space with a bathroom equipped with a hair dryer. Guests can enjoy amenities like AC, heating, and WiFi during their stay. In unit, washer, dryer, barbecue grill, Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Huge deck, outback for entertaining. Large community pool with hot tub, fitness center with all new equipment and access to the Myakka River to enjoy kayaking or fishing with boat ramp access. There are two and three wheel bikes for use. Entertainment at the park includes tennis courts, bocce ball, pickle ball,horseshoes, and a dog park. Horseshoes, billiards room, and a dog park. Just a few miles to the new Atlanta Braves, spring training, stadium and the beautiful Wellen Park. Well behaved dogs are welcome, but must be leashed when walking.
