Amazing Salt Water Heated Pool and Spa House with Great Location, Available Dec

Charming, immaculate 3 bedroom house with new salt water pool and spa. This house is in high demand - previous guests give it rave reviews! The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood with enough parking for 3-4 cars and a large fenced yard.

The house is fully furnished with a beach theme. There is a patio with sun chairs for lounging by the pool as well as a high top table for cocktails and snacks. A second patio has a table and chairs for dining as well as several cozy lounging spots. Beach and spots equipment are provided. Bikes can be provided upon request. Across the street is a park with pickle ball courts, a playground, and softball fields.

Venice Beach is 2 miles from the house. Ride you bike from the house to Caspersen Beach and bring a picnic to eat on the boardwalk. The Venetian Bike Trail is a lovely ride along the intercostal waterway that ends at Shamrock Park. Or take the Legacy Bike Trail to Oscar Scherer State Park or as far as Sarasota! Downtown restaurants and shops are 1 mile from the house and accessible by the Venetian Bike Trail.
