Apartment located in an exclusive position, situated in the historic center on Calle delle Rasse, just a few meters from the magnificent St. Mark's Square. The apartment consists of a living area with kitchen and small lounge, master bedroom, single bedroom (with possibility of extra bed upon request) and bathroom with shower. The apartment has just been renovated with high-level furniture and finishes and is completely soundproofed. Very convenient to reach from the San Zaccaria water terminal, it is located on the second floor with only two small flights of stairs. Additional bed available upon request (extra bed). Maximum capacity 4 people. The host will welcome you from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur an additional cost of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Check-in after 11:00 PM can only be arranged upon request, with adequate notice.
