The kitchen is opened to the dining room and has a cozy breakfast nook. Two roomy guest bedrooms are situated privately. The Florida Room offers extra space where you can read, play games and appreciate unobstructed water views. There is a walk out to a patio so you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and spectacular sunsets. Two double sliding glass doors are on both sides of the Florida room so you can open the doors and let the refreshing breeze fill the room. Bonus feature is a detached 1 car garage with enough space in front for two vehicles.
