Apartamento amplio, ideal para familias

Apartamento renovado en típico edificio veneciano. Espacioso y bien equipado para familias que además deseen hacer alguna de las comidas allí. Una cama de matrimonio grande y tres individuales. La única critica es que no vi en las condiciones del alquiler los gastos extra por limpieza ni los de tasas turísticas. Probablemente no me di cuenta... o bien no era demasiado evidente.

Buena ubicación, lugar muy tranquilo, apartamento remodelado. Especial mención para Elisa que nos atendió y dio indicaciones sobre restaurantes locales. Se echa en falta un microondas, por lo demás perfectamente equipado. El servicio de limpieza, 60 euros, excesivamente caro

Venice 3 Day visit in August 2019.

Stayed two nights at end of our hols in Italy. Family with two kids. Venice was a teriffic experience. Transport system amazing. Weather superb. Apartment was really spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Host Brilliant, met at the apt given a great intro.

Como não tem recepção no local tivemos que esperar muito para ser atendidos. Outro problema foi nos uma unica chave do apt, e qdo saimos em tempos diferentes ficamos esperando na porta ( rua), estávamos em 4 pessoas.

Pésimo servicio y trato!!

Pésimo!! Las personas que rentan el departamento son las peores!! Nos cobraron 146 euros cuando llegamos por que teníamos que pagar 70 euros por limpieza por 2 noches, 26 euros por tax cuando tendrían que haber sino 12 y 50 euros por parte de la agencia cuando se reservó por hoteles.com y NO debían cobrarnos más!! Me dijeron que si no pagaba no había reembolso de lo pagado ($4,000) y que se cancelaba la reservación inmediatamente, sabiendo que ya no íbamos a encontrar otro lugar para quedarnos y como ya habíamos pagado por anticipado, íbamos a perder el dinero. Nos hicieron esperar horas diciendo que ya iban a abrirnos el departamento cuando no llegaban. Y al final cuando me queje, me enviaron un correo diciendo “a la próxima aprendan a viajar antes de rentar” Y además querían que nos despertáramos 6:30 am para dejar la basura a dos cuadras todos los días!! Jamás me habían tratado de esta forma y se habían aprovechado tanto de mi en un viaje. Pague casi $8,000 por solo 2 noches, cuando se suponía que iba a pagar solo $4,000. Pésimo servicio y que tristeza por que el lugar no está mal.

An Honest Review. Please Read.

+ They allowed us to check-in an hour earlier when they found out that my daughter and I were not well. - There were hidden charges, which they "reminded" me about via email a couple of hours prior to check-in. When asked for an explanation, they stopped replying to my emails. I haven't heard from them since. - Their advertisement places the apartment at a "5-minute walk from San Marco Basilica" when it is more like 20 - 25 minutes away. Although this may be a positive aspect for those who want to reside at arm's length from the maddening tourist crowd, they should be honest about their location. I would have benefitted from some semblance of accuracy! Because I am currently recovering from injuries (which they were aware of), it took me 45 minutes to get to San Marco Square.

Great location

Overall I enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again. The location is great. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Rialto bridge. It’s very spacious. The only drawback would be that one of the beds wasn’t cleaned. The sheet was dirty, but nothing too bad. I just slept on top of the bed. It was nice having a kitchen to make coffee in the morning.

Lovely appeasement is quiet street

We loved the apartment. The owners were very helpful and gave us clear instructions to find the property. Everything was there that we needed. the only negative is that the shower is very small and some travellers would find that a problem. There were lots of small restaurants in the vicinity as well as stores for groceries of desired. It was good to not be in the middle of cruise ship tourists but very easy for us to walk to the main attractions with 15 mins.
