Two sleepless nights because of domestic violence next door. Owner would not respond to my messages. Very hot without air conditioning and biting bugs if you left the windows open. Shower drain backing up into the shower. Disgusting. Worst place we stayed in all of Europe.

Funzionale e pulita

L'appartamento è in una posizione ottima, si raggiungono facilmente le zone di maggiore interesse della città a piedi oppure tramite il servizio di traghetto gondole di Santa Lucia, che porta al mercato di Rialto. L'ingresso è condiviso con un altro appartamento, molto probabilmente prima era una sola casa che è stata divisa in due, e purtroppo risulta essere l'unica pecca, perché il campanello è uno solo e quindi si sente in entrambi gli appartamenti. È abbastanza spazioso, ristrutturato di recente, con un piccolo angolo cottura dotato di ogni strumento per cucinare in autonomia. La sala ha un tavolo grande per accogliere anche un gruppo numeroso e un divano. Le due camere da letto sono piccole e spartane, ma più che funzionali per un viaggio tra amici o in famiglia. Il bagno è moderno, senza finestra. Wi-Fi compreso nel prezzo. Attenzione che se arrivate prima dell'orario indicato per il check-in vi verranno chiesti 20€ per il servizio. A noi non l'avevano detto prima ed è stato un po' antipatico scoprirlo sul momento.
