This comfortable and renovated apartment is located along the \"Rio dei Carmini\" Canal. From this position you will enjoy the panorama of Giudecca island and immerse yourself in the magical Venice atmosphere!



It is located in Sestiere Dorsoduro, famous for the presence of the Cà Foscari University and IUAV, the University of Architecture and Design. This Sestiere is attended by young people and it is close to the city centre and the touristic sites.



The apartment is very spacious and located in a renovated Venetian building with a lift and a small garden; modern design in a classic environment!



The apartment is well equipped with everything you need: floor heating and cooling system, sheets and towels, WI-FI and TV. It is composed with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with kitchenette, table and chairs, sofa. There is also a balcony at your disposal to admire Venice! All around the district you find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and all you need for your stay. Dorsoduro boasts a rich presence of museums, churches and palaces.

A famous centre is Campo Santa Margherita ( a little square) attended by university students and tourists for its bars and “bacari” (little taverns) to enjoy the nightlife, too.

You cannot miss a leisurely stroll along Fondamenta Zattere to admire the panorama of the Giudecca Canal. Furthermore, in 5 minutes by foot you can reach Accademia Galleries and take pictures from the well known Accademia bridge.
