Fantastic location in Venice

Four adults on a winter getaway. Location was ideal with doors opening onto small canal, and very close grand canal, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants. Easily accessible from airport using public water transport. Rental was very nice. Communication with host was excellent. They were very responsive to questions. We highly recommend this rental.

Magical garden apartment in Venice

Excellent Place - Great Location

Great well designed place with its own private garden. Canal on one side - typical venetian alley on the other. Walk out and within a few minutes you’re in the beautiful Campo Santo Stefano. Another 10 minutes to St Marks. Wonderful, neat and clean, well run place. Highly recommend.

Decent apartment. We had many mosquitos inside and we all got bitten. the windows Were all Opened when we arrived so that’s my guess. Other than that all was ok.

We really enjoyed our stay in Venice. The villa was well-maintained and clean. The location was in a nice, quiet and safe area. Cinzia and Oriel were so helpful with arranging transportation for us.

Great location with good local bars and restaurants. Thanks for the Prosecco on arrival a few small snacks would have been appreciated. Activity in the apartment above ( human and dog ) started around 4-5 am which effected those sleeping in the double room.

A little piece of paradise!

A 14th century palace converted to apartments- it was quiet and peaceful, steeped in history with every modern convenience, comfortable and very clean. We loved having dinner with the door to the canal open watching the boats go by. The host Orial was great too!

Amazing location

Beautifully appointed apartment that was efficient in design/space. There was not much time spent in the apartment as we were tourists but time spent there was comfortable. The location is ideal and if we were to return we would absolutely stay again. Management was great with response time and helpful with booking water taxis.

Garden apartment in a Palazzo, located on a small canal with boats gliding by, very comfortable and well appointed. Venice is a special place and our stay here was memorable. Wonderful neighborhood. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Dream vacation in Venice and beyond

We loved our stay in this cute, clean and convenient apartment. We arrived early by water taxi and were met at the dock! We were able to drop our bags off and returned after lunch to a clean well maintained apartment. The location made it easy to explore all of Venice. I would recommend this apartment.

Great Stay!

The location was quiet but close to restaurants, etc. It was great that our private water taxi could drop us off at the property. The property was clean and had all that you would need. We also enjoyed the garden. The communication was responsive starting before our arrival through the end of our trip. Would definitely recommend.
