• A penalty of $500 will be charged for smoking inside the house including the lanai.

Pet policy:
• Flea free well behaved are allowed.
• No cats.
• Not more than two dogs per reservation are allowed.
• A Non-Refundable one time pet fee of $150 per reservation will be charged.
• Dog owner accepts full responsibility for the pet.
• Aggressive dogs are NOT allowed.
• Please pick up after your pet, don’t leave them alone in the house, take them with you.
• 2 dog beds, bowls and towels are provided.
• If any of those items used, please leave it cleaned.
• Please wash and dry pet towels separately.

We have well water in the house. Even though there is filtration systems installed in the kitchen under the sink, tap water is not recommended for drinking, unless boiled.
