Overal it was a good stay
Overal it would be a good stay if the information they have on vrbo about the unit would be accurate. I was looking for AC in the unit and it listed that it had one. When i got to the rental unit the AC wasnt working. Had to make other accommodations in order to survive the heat. The other issues we had in The unit were not as crucial but we had non working lights in the one and only bathroom and always leaking shower head. Jacuzzi not working. If those things were fixed it would have been the best unit and location to stay at!

Quiet neighborhood yet not far…
Very much enjoyed our stay here. Perfect size accommodations. It located in a quiet neighborhood for those relaxing evenings, yet just short drive to beach/downtown Venice. The host is very communicative and ensures that we are happy. Really the only thing negative I can say about the place is to confirm a previous comment and say the property needs more pillows. Most people anymore sleep with two pillows and the beds only had one pillow per person. So we were able to pull the pillows off the second bed for us for use. Will definitely be looking to rebook this location for our vacation next year!!!

Lovely property!
We enjoyed our stay in this cute 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath duplex in a quiet, close to everything neighborhood! The pool & jacuzzi was nice even if the jacuzzi wasn’t hot like a hot tub, the jets were relaxing at pool temp water, which was slightly heated. Beautiful view from our large sliding glass doors from the dining area to the pool. The beds were comfortable, the large kitchen was perfect for all of our cooking needs. The laundry room was a nice touch and we left with clean clothes! We left a few items we hope other guests would enjoy such as coffee grounds & a few beach toys for the kids so those didn’t go to waste hopefully. We enjoyed the large flat screen tv’s in each room and the many selections of what we could watch. Had some good movie nights on the nice, soft sofas in the living room. It had everything we needed, plenty of charging stations for our devices. Dishes, nice cookware, nice, thick, white towels, soft bedding, laundry provisions, toiletries in each bathroom. Our stay was very enjoyable and especially for the price. We hope to return again sometime!

Great place. Very clean. But you need some blankets and pillows. I think someone just forgot. Not the end of the world. We used towels. We hope to be back in Oct!

Cute little place but it’s a duplex and no mention of shared pool and jacuzzi- also needs some repairs the bathroom towel rack fell off the toilet paper holders were not secure, sliding glass door lock was broken and no water filter bit pricey as house up the street nit duplex much larger had filter for water and not shared pool or property and only 10 dollars more
