The accommodation features a welcoming living area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable and quiet double bedroom, a modern and refined bathroom, and a delightful private balcony with a direct view of Campo San Giovanni e Paolo, perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation with a unique view.

The apartment combines contemporary design and typical Venetian details, offering an intimate and functional atmosphere.

The location is strategic: a few minutes from St. Mark's Square, the Rialto Bridge and the main cultural attractions, but in a quiet area, frequented by Venetians.

Guests will have the opportunity to leave their luggage free of charge at the facility before arrival and after departure.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, guests will be required to pay the tourist tax, which amounts to €5 per person per night, and will be asked to complete and sign a rental contract where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will also be included as a guarantee for damages.

The place was beautiful and looked like the photos, and very clean. The only minor complaints were that the pillows for the pull out sofa were rock hard and there were no spares, and the noise from the bridge/walkway next to the living room was so loud it sounded like people were in the apartment. That said, it quieted down early and didn’t disrupt our sleep. Overall it was a great stay and location, and I’d stay there again.
