Easy checkin and great communication with the rental agency. However it was not at all a personal or Venezian apartment. Clean and spacious but a little boring. Good location in a quiet alley near the train station. Plenty of restaurants, breakfast places and tourists around the corner

Avoid.

Sadly not at all as pictured, dirty and with a headboard that was literally peeling vinyl. Be warned; these are spartan digs at best and a gross at worst. Wish I had known this and read other reviews before staying.

Property was kept well , clean with all amenities to cook and eat Only disappointment was Air conditioning was out of the bedrooms which was utter waste of electricity. With no effect. An advice to management to think about having mobile or ceiling fans for bedrooms so that we can use them if needed . Lastly if bathrooms were in First floor, it would have been grt . Thank you overall experience was good . Will come back if my advice is considered

Venice apartment

It was a very good experience. . the apartment is what you get from the photos. We had some issues connecting to the wifi during the first night but on 2nd day it was working. All amenities are just enough for our needs. The location is great - close to the train station, shops for your provisions and restaurants. It is an easy walk to the tourist sites. Will recommend this apartment to others.

We had a great time. Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Only issue we had was the AC units in the apartment didn’t work and it was quite warm when we were there. We thought we would just open the windows to let the breeze in but the street is very busy so the noise was extremely loud, it sounded like the people outside were screaming in our room. Otherwise we loved the apartment and would definitely stay again.

We were on Aprt 1 We got there and A/C was not working. We communicated this to the property and they advised that technician was going to go when he was available. Finally tech went to the apartment and we really only had one night with AC. It was super hot and unbearable in the apartment. We first asked for fans and were told we would only get them the next day. Slept with windows open but the bugs at night came in to the room. Apartment was overall in good condition but the issue with the AC really made our stay very unconfortable during a heat wave in Venice.

Endroit bien situé, à proximité de la gare et des services, par contre la communication avec l’hôte est difficile. Possibilité de communiquer seulement entre 9:00 et 18:00. Nous n’avions pas de chauffage ni eau chaude, nous avons du attendre au lendemain matin pour que le tout soit rétabli. Il faisait 15 dans l’appartement. Sinon les chambres sont biens, c’est propre mais un peu vieillot. Difficulté avec la connection internet.

La localizacion bien ! El apartamento regular y lo peor es que no tenia una simple cafetera para desayunar baje al restaurante de la esquina y unos chinos me cobraron 7 euros por dos cafes . Tambien llegamos sobre las 13h y no nos dejaron entrar en la habitacion hasta las 15h ni un minuto antes y nos dijeron que dejaramos las maletas en la puerta hasta las 15h nada flexibles con el cliente

Lejligheden var fin og stor. Lidt spartansk med køkkenudstyr, men alt fungerede fint. Der var pænt og rent og og rigeligt med sengelinned og håndklæder. Lejligheden har en super beliggenhed i Cannaregio.

Ottima sistemazione, appartamento molto grande con tre camere da letto. Arredamento moderno ed essenziale. Perfetta la posizione, vicina alla stazione e alla strada principale che collega la stazione a San Marco e Rialto. Vicino a supermercati, bar e ristoranti Sicuramente da consigliare. Piccole note da migliorare: mancava un porta asciugamani nel bagno e una scopa per spazzare in cucina.

Soggiorno perfetto

Abbiamo prenotato per una sola notte. La struttura si è rivelata perfettamente in linea con le attese (foto) e, anzi, meglio: due vere stanze, materassi comodi, vetri doppi, imposte a tutte le finestre. Abbiamo dormito perfettamente. Non possiamo che consigliarlo. Accanto a una zona di negozi, bar, supermercati ma tranquillo grazie ai vetri doppi. Un po' rigidi sul check out (tutto fatto in remoto, soluzione perfetta per noi) ma comprensivi per il deposito bagagli oltre al check out. Ci torneremo senz'altro, anzi vorremmo restare di più.
