Great location minutes from the beach

Comfortable bed. Living area furniture uncomfortable. Need grab bars in showers for older guests. Need to update cookware. Great location. Lovely private patio. Loved having washer and dryer. Lovely dining area. Loved being in covered parking and on ground level.

Great Place Off the Beach

This place was really nice for us. We needed some convenient and on the Beach. Well this is close to the Beach. If you do not care to be on the beach but close, then this will do you good. The house has everything we needed (kitchen and beach tools).

there was a hurricane & there wasn’t any power but our property manager was very attentive & helpful

Large and well-located

Great deal, very spacious, 2 bedrooms with good privacy. Back patio. One block to the Venice Public Beach. Only drawback ceiling is thin so overhead noise can be heard.

Too Loud. to Relax

Quite dated; e.,g., be prepared to empty and refill ice trays. When we saw the unit was on the lower floor we were happy not to have to walk up a flight of stairs. However, there was no concrete between floors, nor was there any insulation between them. And I would venture to guess the upstairs subfloor was attached to the joists only on the edges and not every 16” which may have tempered the incessant (bass-drum-loud) pacing we encountered morning and night. We did enjoy the beach and downtown areas and both were within acceptable walking distances. But every time we returned in the evening or were awakened in the morning it was like Dave Grohl was practicing for his next gig.

Primary problems

Although the accommodations were extremely clean and bathrooms were updated nicely. The kitchen was clean and satiisfactory. However, the beds and mattressees were terrible. They were the worst we have ever encountered on any of our trips This definitely had a negative effect on our ability to sleep. Also, there was a red couch in the living room that had broken down cushions and was so hard we could not sit on it. Also, the picture we saw on lline had totally different furniture than was actually there. Most furniture was outdated..We did find the unit was well-stocked with amenities. The 2 star rating was directly related to the mattresses and the couch, all of which should be replaced immediately.

Venice stay

It was a great place to stay. The inside is great. The beach chairs offered were terrible, so we bought our own. Easy walk to the beach, easy uber access to other beaches and food.

Comfy apt in a great location with lots of beach supplies.

I stayed for 5 days with my family and it was spacious, clean, and had pretty much all amenities that you'd need. Location was perfect - a one block to Venice Beach and only a few blocks, 10-12 min walk, to Venice Ave shops and restaurants. All the beach supplies that are onsite - chairs, blankets, wagon, umbrellas, and toys - were not expected but was incredibly nice to have on hand, especially with with a toddler. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The king mattress wasn't my favorite - too soft for me with indentations where people have slept. It took me a couple nights to find my comfort spot. Also, no shampoo or soap in the showers or bathrooms sinks. Not a big deal really but we had to go out and buy our own. For me, vacation in FL is about being outside and close to the beach and this place was perfect for that. Highly recommended.

Convenient to beach and shops

This place is in a nice neighborhood, but the unit itself isn't terribly scenic. Doesn't matter because inside is nice and it's close to shops and restaurants. Very close to the beach and the most beautifulsu sets. Has covered parking which is nice shade for hot summers.

Awesome location

One block away from the beach!!!! Had a minor issue with the property, called the property Manager , very friendly , and she took care of the situation immediately. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and fun events. Excellent visit!!!
