The Doge Erizzo palace was rebuilt like the pre-existing one with 17th century architecture.
The patrician Erizzo di San Martino family lived there and thanks to the election of the member of the same family Francesco Erizzo, who became doge, they were able to rebuild the palace.
You enter from a private courtyard and with a wonderful oval staircase attributed to Jacopo Sansovino, architect and sculptor of the 17th century (there are only two in Venice) you arrive at the 3rd floor where the apartment is located which will be available for 3 people (70 sq. m.) and for 4/5 people (100/110 sq. m.).
There is also a lift/goods lift available that can transport suitcases and 1 person at a time for those who have difficulty climbing stairs.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, bathroom, very large double bedroom (30 sq. m.), corridor.
For more people a small bedroom and another double bedroom are also available.
Inside it has furniture built, carved and decorated by Venetian craftsmen (now disappeared) and a room in pure eighteenth-century Venetian style.
The view is breathtaking, from the windows you can dominate the city and its bell towers, including that of Piazza San Marco.
The palace is located approx. 150 meters from the Riva degli Schiavoni, near the landing stage for public transport, including the Alilaguna which connects the Arsenale area directly to the Marco Polo airport.
