My son and I had a wonderful stay. The location is central and it’s easy to walk to all of the sites. Arriving and departing by water taxi was fun. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. Beautiful hotel in a perfect location

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring Venice. The breakfast buffet is really good with hot and cold choices as well as pastries, cereals and fruit. The rooms are very spacious and the staff are great. We will stay here the next time we visit Venice.

The quintessential Venetian hotel opulent, all the amenities and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was so comfortable and cool ( June stay that temps exceeded 95 F during day) we slept til Noon one day! Easy walk to San Marco. Our water taxi brought us right to private dock which made arrival and departure a lovely experience! Thank you Sam and all the staff for taking great care of us! Can’t wait to return soon!
