At check-in room wasn’t ready right away, room smelled dank/damp, obvious signs of water damage/repair to ceiling corner of room, fire alarm woke us up early in the morning had to evacuate in the rain, upon leaving encountered a busker/hustler “giving” ponchos but then following for money, and my daughter and I both had numerous bug bites after the one night when googled looked just like bed bug bites, but the view from the room was nice :)

Great location….close to the train station and overlooking the canal. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was fine. Like all hotels in Venice, the room was small by functional. It did had a nice balcony overlooking the canal

The area is nice right on the canal but very hard to reach the hotel without the porter service for getting the bags across the bridge. Breakfast not bad. The rate is too expensive for what you get, I had a no view room looking over the back or side.
