"Very rude staff member at reception upon our arrival. We tried to use the water dispenser in the reception and before we figured out it was broke the lady at reception shouted ‘there is no water’. I then asked her if we could drink the tap water in the room to which she responded with ‘if you like’, followed by a sarcastic smirk. She was also very blunt when handling our check in. Apart from that room was nice and did the job and the location was decent."

"The size of the room was really big, with a fantastic layout. The cleaning service was fantastic- we stayed for a week, and the room always looked clean and tidy upon our return from outtings. Because there was never parking available nearby, we had to would’ve gotten five stars, but was missing two key items - a microwave, and extra blanket. I am sure I could’ve asked for another blanket, so the real downfall was lacking a microwave ."
