Inside there is a double bedroom, a livable kitchen, a bathroom and in the spacious and refined living room two additional people can be potentially hosted thanks to the sofa bed.

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious dishes if after a day walking around the city you prefer a dinner in the intimacy of home and on summer evenings you can enjoy a wonderful outdoor space in a private garden of about 100sqm ideal for aperitifs or dinner with company. For greater comfort the apartment has wi-fi internet access, air conditioning, independent heating, 2 anti-mosquito electrical devices, television, iron, hairdryer.

The apartment is located in a strategic position, as it is positioned a few minutes from Piazzale Roma and Venice Santa Lucia station and thanks to its proximity to the "Santa Marta" vaporetto stop, allows you to reach the island of Giudecca and St. Mark's Square.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later ones are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which amounts to €5 per person per night, and a rental contract will be filled out and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will also be included as a guarantee for damages. Pets are not allowed.
