Inside a historic palace located between Campo San Giovanni e Paolo and the Church of Santa Maria dei Miracoli, this fascinating apartment will enchant you with its atmosphere. Just open the windows to admire the passage of gondolas in the canal below.
Recently restored, with exposed wooden beams and valuable furniture, the accommodation features a spacious and bright living room, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all appliances, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
To provide you with all the comfort you need during a vacation, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi access, air conditioning, Smart TV, iron, and hairdryer.
The apartment is located 5 minutes walking from the Fondamente Nove vaporetto stop, from which you can easily reach every destination, including the islands of Murano, Burano, the Lido and Marco Polo Airport. St. Mark's Square is reached in 12 minutes on foot and the Rialto Bridge in 7 minutes.
Check-in is possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax will be requested, which amounts to 5€ per person per night, and a rental contract will be filled out and signed where the credit card details of the guests will also be included as a guarantee for damages. Pets are not allowed.
The published price includes the fees that are charged to the guest.

Beautiful apartment

We felt very Venetian in this beautiful apartment. My husband and I met our adult son and his girlfriend, who live in Europe, for 4 nights in Venice.
