Such a fabulous location. Quick walk to the ocean. Great proximity to downtown and golf course. Perfect home for a family get away. Great swimming pool. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a great week!

Stayed with husband and daughters for a week. Loved the pool and outdoor seating. It was great being able to go back and forth to the beach all day. House was lovely and had everything needed for a relaxing week. Great location. Went to Siesta Key one day - about a half hour away, and Gasparilla Island another day - 45 minutes away. Would return.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property on Venice Island. It was a very short drive to the beach and the biking/walking trails are nearby. Home was very clean and well maintained. Being close to the municipal airport, there was a fair amount of air traffic. Otherwise, this is a very quiet neighborhood.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in the home while visiting family. The home was as advertised, clean, neat and had everything that we need to enjoy our time away. The large outdoor seating area and pool was enjoyed each day and the private beach access to Venice beach was a great bonus to watch some amazing sunsets and have some beach time with the family. The home is also conveniently located with shopping and restaurants close by. Not would we recommend the home we hope to book again next year.

great stay very clean except the front drive there is a fruit tree of some kind that left every thing red and dirty. It got dragged into the house and car, other wise every thing was good thanks again jean

I grew up in Venice and have stayed on properties all over the island. My kids and I had a wonderful time at this home. Checkin was easy, the home was clean and updated. The heated pool and outdoor area was our favorite spot to hang out. Private beach access is hard to come by in Venice and it made for an easy beach day to and from the home. The homeowners were so kind in their responses. We will definitely be back!

This property has been recently remodelled and is extremely well furnished with every possible facility and everything you might need.Venice is a vibrant town with lots of activities, particularly at this time of year: Grand Christmas Parade, Boat Parade which is spectacular and not to be missed, illuminations on Venice Avenue, farmers market and large craft fair near the pier.A private beach is 3 minutes away - go and view the sunset!Unfortunately Hurricane Milton destroyed the lanai before we arrived, which will hopefully be replaced soon. If possible some curtains within the new lanai will improve pool privacy.Prior to our trip, communication with the owner was excellent and very responsive, however the owner then appointed an estate management company who promptly sent us an invoice for 1.06 without any proper explanation.

The well appointed property offered us a peaceful setting in Venice. Quiet neighbourhood within 10 minute walk to private beach. Initial property maintenance issues - water stains on outside brick from sprinkler system, plus algae on driveway were being attended to at the beginning of our stay and later the cutting of internet/phone connection by sprinkler repair men was repaired within the hour. Owners were within reach easily so our stay was not affected. It is a wonderful house for relaxing inside as well as on the lanai and allowed us to explore the wonderful area of Venice and all its charms. Beautiful private retreat. Thanks to owners.

Quiet, older neighborhood, but close to small airport, so you hear planes flying all the time, but didn’t bother us any, & friendly neighbors, we would take walks around the area. Was on vacation with husband, & another couple, we did drive to places to get around to the restaurants & beaches, lots of good restaurants to eat at, got our fill of seafood 😊 The house is nicely decorated, plenty of room for the four of us, plus we cooked a few meals there too, lots of counter space, & nice to have extra fridge in garage. Amy was very courteous, & replied fast to any, & all of my questions. We couldn’t find a cooler, so we bought one & left there, but that’s ok, it’s for the next renters to use. It was a well needed, & relaxing vacation by all 😎 Thank you again Amy.
