Great location, nice room

We were a little suprised to be taken to another building a short walk away. Sadly no lift at this one. Lovely room, well stocked fridge (free drinks). Balcony and great air con a bonus. Location very close to Giglio water bus station. Opaque bathroom door no fun when you can see your mate on the loo.

Fabulous little gem in the centre of Venice

The location of the hotel was fabulous, walking distances to all the major attractions. Love the fact the mini bar is included, plenty juices, water and even Prosecco as night cap.

Great location

This is a lovely hotel situated a 1 min walk from Giglio water bus stop on line 1. It is only a 10 minute walk from St Mark's Square. The area around the hotel is very quiet and the room was lovely. The only downside was the bathroom is made from frosted glass walls so not as much privacy if you're sharing the room while you're using it!

Good clean and modern room

Very good and clean room. Nice shower space and good amount of amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste and mini bar was free. For this price in Venice is very good consider most hotels are old and dirty.

Loved the modern decor with hints of old world touches. Hotel conveniently close to ferry station which made arriving and leaving with bags easier. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Only issue had was with tvs that were not working consistently but since we were out and about most of the time it was not a big issue. I would definitely stay here again.

In the heart of Venice... without noise

Excellent lication in the heart of San Marco. The advantage is that the rooms are in a quite street while in 30m is the most crowded street of Venice. The room is brand new renovated and pet friendly.
