A wonderful stay in Venice. The hotel is located in a quieter and more authentic neighborhood, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was generous with plenty of variety. I would happily stay here again.

Room was nice and comfortable, free breakfast was good, location was amazing, and the view of the canal was incredible. Only negative was the ac didn’t work as well as we would hope. There was ac but didn’t work as well as we would want for a summer Venice stay.

Wonderful location in Dorsoduro. Quiet. 5 minute walk to Accademia Vaporetto, and about 6 to Alilaguna Orange line stop at Cà Rezzonico (for return to Marco Polo airport) Short walks to many museums. Great restaurants all around. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Had a fantastic time. Thank you!

My daughter and I stayed here as a home base during 4 days in Venice and we will stay here again whenever we come back! Excellent helpful staff, clean rooms, and a relatively quiet location that was still near many things.
