For outdoor enthusiasts, Shamrock Park is within biking distance, offering scenic trails leading to downtown Venice, the historic train station, and Caspersen Beach.

Inside, the house features a thoughtfully designed split floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both recently remodeled. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and direct patio access, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed. Great home to relax

Wonderful vacation

A slice of Heaven!

The house is just fabulous and I was in tears walking in for the first time with the lights all on and music playing to welcome us along with chocolate and wine. We loved the area, the house set up and amenities and absolutely adored the pool every day. Can't wait to come back soon!

Beautiful Location, Very Peaceful

The house was clean and everything worked as advertised. We went swimming in the heated pool in November which was awesome! The ferry pass provided worked great and we got to visit the beach and collect some shark teeth. It was our 15 year anniversary and it couldn't have been better. Check it out!

Best of Venice!

Great house in a location that can’t be beat! Walk/bike to the Legacy Trail’s trailhead at the marvelous Shamrock Park. Walk/bike along the waterway for miles and miles, with great views of wildlife, boats, people….or just a few minutes drive to either the quiet or the energetic beaches. Great restaurants and Pickleball nearby. And the house is awesome. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful pool and yard. Fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Near to grocery and the best donuts I’ve ever had. Thank you, Tom, for another great stay!

Fabulous House and Amenities!

Beautiful house, screened porch and pool. Perfect place with a family (two teenagers) and a small dog. Well appointed kitchen. Great screened in porch for morning coffee, heated and lighted pool for evening swim, ping pong table for family tournament and a monopoly game for late family night entertainment. Amazing amenities with beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, frisbee, after sun lotion in bathrooms, movies, magazines, soft blankets. Very gracious hosts! Many beaches within short driving distance and awesome sunset watching. Metro diner very close and great food. Highly recommend this rental and will stay again.

Fabulous Venice Vacation

We were searching for a reasonably priced location in South Venice that offers easy access to the Legacy Trail for bicycling as well as bicycling into historic Venice. We also wanted two bedrooms, two baths and a swimming pool. This property more than exceeded all our expectations. The owner has done an excellent job refurbishing this property. The swimming pool and outdoor area off of the master bedroom is fantastic. The most amazing surprise was after dark with the landscaping and lighting of both the exterior and the pool. Absolutely amazing - we plan on returning the next time we come to Florida.

5 stars are not enough

We had an amazing time at the Lemon Tree House! The pictures do not do it justice at all. Tom and Dominika went way above and beyond to have the place not only ready but with personal touches as well. Our kids loved the heated pool, beds were comfortable and who doesn't love fresh lemonade? We had plenty of room for our family of 5. The location is good as it is close to shopping and the beaches. Everything in and out of the home is modern and very nicely done. We wish we could have stayed much longer. I have already saved this property as a favorite and hope to return soon.

Home away from home

It was so easy to be here- first the house had everything as if you were at home. Second the location was central to everything! The owners communicated quickly.. there was a booklet with ideas of activities for you. The area is not super touristy, we went during July 4th and never waited more than 5 minutes to eat anywhere, parking was abundant, it was the perfect vacation for slowing down and soaking it in.

Time to celebrate and unplug

Great home for my wife and I to celebrate her birthday and recharge from the daily grind. The home was clean and well maintained. The outdoor space, heated pool, and outdoor lighting provided a relaxing area to enjoy each day. The location was a very short drive to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Overall, it was a wonderful time spent and would rent again.
