I loved this home and will definitely go back if I'm in the area. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, very close to lots of places. The place was updated very well & so spacious. The owner was super responsive. I wish I stayed longer just to enjoy the cute yard and sitting areas.

The house was totally renovated and immaculate. Had a very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Also had a relaxing patio area. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book it again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed plus more. Our teens loved the arcade games, our dogs loved their amenities (doggie dishes). The location was super easy to get to local restaurants and activities. Plus the driveway was large and very safe.

The host was super responsive to our questions. We appreciated the large driveway, which accommodated our small RV and multiple cars of family staying with us. Our dogs appreciated the backyard and cool terrazzo floors. Various family members, young and old, had fun with the two arcade games. The neighborhood was quiet and the streets were great for walking. We also took advantage of the Woodmere dog park nearby and the Brohard Beach Dog Park in town. Easy car access to a variety of shopping and restaurants in Venice and Sarasota.

This is a great place to stay! The house has a retro chic vibe with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. If you're traveling with little ones, you won't be disappointed. From infancy through teen years, there is something for everyone. This host has put a lot of effort into making this home a place where you can "staycation" if you get tired of being a tourist. The home is in a quiet neighborhood where you feel safe to walk at night. Traffic is minimal, so you don't worry about the dog walking with you. The fenced yard houses a well-maintained swingset and a cozy patio area with a fireplace and chairs. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you don't feel like cooking. It's a short drive to the beach and shopping. It's an ideal place to accomplish everything and/or nothing at all. This place has definitely earned its five stars!
