Rialto Project Apartment 4 by Wonderful Italy

  • Four splendid apartments with all comforts inside a historic palace dating back to the 500s.



    This apartment is furnished with designer furniture, modern-style paintings, and refined lighting given by large and bright arched windows with stunning views of Venice.

    The accommodation consists of a large living room furnished with a sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher.

    The sleeping area consists of a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, both with queen-size beds.

    The building does not have an elevator.



    Our guests will have additional amenities such as Free wifi, air conditioning, heating, television, and hairdryer.



    * Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.



    *Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

    Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

Property was priced accordingly for the location. It was a bit confusing to find the apartment even with the written directions. We did arrive late so it may have been different with more daylight. The location is only about 10 min from the train station. It took us about 20 min from the bus station. We noticed a water leak from the air conditioner unit from one of the smaller bedroom. We left a towel by it to prevent the water from pooling. The apartment is on the 4th floor and motion sensors turns on a bit late so just have to be careful with going upwards. Also keep in mind it maybe difficult for some to haul their luggage to the 4th floor. The WiFi signal is weak in the larger bedroom. Overall it was fine but noticed these minor inconveniences.

Overall, the apartment was as advertised. It's in a good location, quest at night. Just be prepared to walk up 4 flights of stairs because the elevator is not allowed to be used.

Do not recommend. Communication was terrible. I messaged the host a couple of weeks before my trip to try and get some information and never got a response. The only time I received anything was for me to pay the city tax. Directions to the apartment weren't wonderful. When we got in, the apartment was not the same one advertised. The bathroom also smelled disgusting. They didn't leave any pods for the coffee machine. When I informed them of this, they actually responded and said they would try and have the cleaning crew leave some pods, which never happened. The only positive was air conditioning in each bedroom, however one of the air conditioners made a clicking noise all night long.

L’appartement est situé au 4 e étage sans ascenseur avec 50 marches à monter. Ce n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce. Les photos de l’annonce sont très belles mais la réalité est bien différente ! L’usure et le manque d’entretien ont marqué cet appartement qui est mal équipé ( pas de verre à pied, pas de torchon, pas de bouilloire, pas de casserole…) le ménage laisse à désirer. Les seuls plus sont l’emplacement et le calme ! À éviter
