Superbe suite, spacieuse.

Superbe suite avec vue sur les toits de Venise, avec ascenseur, dommage que le 2ème couchage soit un canapé convertible. Un peu loin du centre mais très calme. Bon accueil. Petit déjeuner trop cher, nous ne l'avons pas pris.

어른2아이2 가족 여행이었는데 너무 좋았습니다. 꼭대기층 9호로 배정되었고, 주방도 있어서 밥도 해먹을수 있습니다. 세탁기도 있고 식기세척기도 있고 좋아요. 단지 수압이 좀 약한게 흠이라면 흠이네요.

Nosotros eramos 3 personas y necesitabamos la cama supletoria del sofa cama del comedor. Por lo que no teniamos sofá en el comedor ya que cuando venian a limpiar te lo dejaban ya con la cama. Y para convertirlo en sofa parecía complicado y no lo tocamos. Las paredes deben ser finas porque se oyen los vecinos. La cama de la habitación es muy cómoda. Las vistas desde el apartamento son bonitas y la localización buena. Al lado hay la plaza de santa margarita con mucha animación y preciosa.

The location is excellent. 10 min walk from the train or bus station. No need to take the water bus or water taxi. Quiet 15 min beautiful walk to SanMarco square. Ask for room #9 4th floor, only room with a balcony. There is an elevator.

Frukosten var bra. Saknade uteplats men såg att det fanns högst upp. Dock låst o inga möbler. Sen va vattnet omöjligt o ställa in i duschen. Antingen alldeles för varmt eller iskallt. Annars ett bra boende o inget o klaga på.

Sehr gut gelegen. In direkter Nähe ein Supermarkt, ein Campo mit diversen Restaurants und Bars. Der Campo ist Treffpunkt von Einheimischen und Studenten. Dennoch nicht laut oder überlaufen. Abseits des Touristenmainstream. Sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft selbst sehr zu empfehlen. Rezeption freundlich und bemüht, jede Frage sofort zu beantworten.

Un piacevolissimo soggiorno a Venezia in famiglia.

Il soggiorno ĕ stato molto confortevole ed il servizio ottimo. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi. Solo il riscaldamento potrebbe essere regolato meglio perché durante la notte c'era troppo caldo, mentre la mattina c'era freddino. La colazione molto abbondante. Suggestiva la vista del canale dal balcone. Posizione molto comoda per la vicinanza a Piazzale Roma (neanche 10 min a piedi). La distanza da Rialto e Piazza S. Marco 25 min circa.

Appartement très propre et spacieux avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se faire les repas. L'accueil est parfait. Cet appartement est bien situé, proche de la place Carmini si vous ne voulez pas aller trop loin le soir. Place St Marc, Rialto , tout ce secteur est à environ 20mn à pied.
