The Pearl - Beautiful, renovated Houseboat in Venice Marina!

Step out onto the back porch of this newly renovated houseboat directly onto your boat or charter boat every morning! Nicest houseboat in the Marina! Relax and enjoy a cocktail and the front row view at sunset! Bonus: Your charter captain can pick you up at your front door!

The Pearl Houseboat is a well-maintained, clean houseboat located at the end of Dock B with no houseboats on either side. It is quiet and nicely appointed with a ton of entertaining space, large kitchen with a commercial stove, bar, dining table and large living area. The back porch has both a propane barbeque and charcoal barbeque for your use. There are two bedrooms and full baths that can accommodate up to 9 people. There is a large commercial ice maker on the back porch for your use as well as a smaller chest freezer. Bonus 2: You will also will have use of your own private cleaning station! We loved staying at The Pearl. The owner was eager to help us in any way. The scenery at The Pearl was any fishermen’s dream. I will stay there again if available.

The age old saying "Location, Location, Location" most definitely applies when it comes to "The Pearl." My Pop and I were looking for the ideal place to stay during our Venice fishing trip. "The Pearl" certainly fit the bill! It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Johnny was very accommodating and responded to my questions immediately. Our fishing guide even picked us up in the morning right off the back deck of the houseboat! We are already counting the weeks until we can get back down to Venice again for some more great fishing and hopefully another stay in "The Pearl!"John D.

Nice houseboat!! Had plenty of space and great views to watch the boat traffic come in and out of the marina. I will for sure use the Pearl boathouse again in the future!

The house is on a corner spot; really comfortable, our captain picked us up right there every morning. Very comfortable space to clean fish. Just overall couldn’t have been happier about this place. Will definitely return!

Guys fishing trip

Guys fishing trip. We did a 2-night stay at the Pearl. Our fishing guide, Blue Line Charter Service, was able to pick us up right off the back porch. Even thou we ate out in town; the facility was well stocked with cooking items. Very comfortable place to stay and would stay there again.

Great Camp in Venice Marina

Great stay at The Pearl in Venice Marina. Place was well appointed, super clean and conveniently located on B Dock, just a short walk to the marina. Commercial grade AC unit was a lifesaver to keep us comfortable despite the heat and humidity outdoors. Johnny, the host, was incredibly responsive with check in and check out instructions. I'd highly recommend this place if you are doing an adventure out of Venice!

weekend fishing trip

Enjoyed the Pearl, beds were comfy, view was to die for and we enjoyed walking up to see all the fish coming in. If I had a suggestion would be some chairs /rockers on the back deck...... I would probably never leave if they did. Brand new gas grill worked liked a charm , ice machine was a beast . Will stay again we hope very soon
