Reasonale staying, I am satisfied with several factors overall. Good wifi and quiet. Good water pressure even if I stayed at the top floor. Needed to pick up the key from the other hotel taking aorund 10 minutes-walk. Some mosquitos in summer.

The stay in Venice was okay, the cutlery was dirty and there was a funny smell. The property was very bright at night and did not seem the most secure. It was located in a back alleyway behind mcdonalds so was quite noisy. The walk from the hotel to collect the keys to the property was quite long in the heat.

the stay was clean and quiet, well kept. although, the air conditioning didn’t work in our room and being the middle of june it was extremely hot and made it very hard to sleep. we couldn’t get under any covers and were sweating all night.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Venice apartments! It was lovely to be able to stay in such a central part of Venice with so many restaurants nearby, but not too central to the point where it was super crowded. We loved being able to use AC as well as to have our own kitchen. Communication at the front desk was great, and we were able to get some lovely recommendations from the nice man at the front desk.

Lovely apartment in central location. Clean, comfortable beds. The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. A part from that lovely place and affordable for Venice.

The place is in great area, easy to walk, go shopping and convenient to see the whole city. A few things I didn’t like. The communication is one the owner provided us the key for the apartment but we didn’t know if someone comes every day to clean the place, or provide toilet paper, but the place was with only to rolls one of those rolls was gone the first day. The other thing I didn’t like was the place is a nonsmoking but at night the fumes of cigarettes was terrible.

Nice apartment, clean, 1 min from vaporetto Ca d'oro station, near to restaurants, the market, realto bridge... etc, lack of some kitchen utensils.. The problems: 1-The absence of the escalator, and the staff gave us the top roof apartment although we are a family with kids and stayed 4 days, so they did not think about the difficulties to get there. 2- They did not change the towels until I through them in front of the door the third day. 3- The reception was 10 min far so it was difficult to get there to ask for any other services or update.

Shower drain clogged, mosquitoes in the apartment, noisy. We were not informed that there is 82 step climb to the apartment. There was absolutely no directions provided as to how to get to the “hotel” to check in. It is located in one of those streets so narrow that when you spread your arms you touch both sides. Try to find a hotel on such a street!

We were allowed to check in by 1pm. The apartment was in 4th floor with no lift, Going to fourth floor with kids and luggage was a nightmare. Will not book the flat gain.

Had to collect keys from another hotel The worst part of this apartment was the mosquitoes so many of them hiding and between 5 of us nearly 100 bites Invest in a ultra violet light or something….. The shower was mouldy and very poor

The property was listed as an Apartment but it can hardly be classified as one. Secondly, the check in is at another Hotel which was inconvenient as the property was further away from it. The apartment was located in an alley and was noisy till late in the night. It was not worth the price at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This was a disappointment. First of all, check-in and location of apts. aren’t at same place. You have to walk 10 mins to check in and then come back to property. They gave us an attic room which took 9 flights of stairs, extremely exhausting after having walked 10 mins with luggage. Our luggage hardly fit in room and since it’s an attic you have to either squat or sit to fix luggage. My son is 5’11 and he felt like a giant. Towels are like bed sheets but this might be a Venice thing.

BED BUGS and Misleading Description!

This hotel has very misleading photos of the actual room. The chances you'll receive something very different from what you booked are high. The hotel is in a great location, sure it's pretty close to a few bars so noise can be a factor at night, especially during the weekends but that's not a big deal for me. The room however gave us a sofa bed which was not what I expected. So the bed turned out to be terrible to sleep on. The towels they gave are more like table cloths which were very strange but the worst part of my stay was BED BUGS! Unfortunately, the hotel is not very clean, and they do not do daily housekeeping besides changing your towels and clearing your trash. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone else. Stay at your own peril!
