Located within the Villa Laguna area of the Venice Villas community is this 1-bedroom villa that is just a 2-minute walk from the 10-foot-deep communal pool and a 1-minute walk from Venice Villas’ private beach on the Gulf of Mexico where you can enjoy 2 gazebos, long walks, fishing, sunbathing, and beautiful sunsets. This unit comes complete with a well-equipped modern kitchen, a shared living and dining area just off of the kitchen, a screened-in lanai, a separate bedroom with 1 king bed, a sleeper sofa, cable TV, and Wi-Fi Internet. There is a quaint central courtyard outside where you can relax and enjoy Happy Hour. And for your laundry needs, there is a communal laundry room a minute’s walk from the villa. We’ll see you soon!
