At the Biennale at Leda's

A typical family-run Venetian home, located in the picturesque Castello district. Its central location allows you to walk to attractions such as St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, and it’s just a 5-minute walk from the Biennale.

We are new hosts on the Vrbo platform, but we have been Superhosts for 8 consecutive years on another major booking portal, which makes us experienced hosts.

For the safety and comfort of our guests, all surfaces in this apartment are sanitized with alcohol- and bleach-based products. All household linens are washed at 60 degrees with sanitizer and laundry disinfectant.

Bright, recently renovated 50-square-meter apartment located on the top floor with a terrace and air conditioning (2 split units).

It is laid out as follows:
- living room with a sofa bed (140x200 cm) and TV.
- spacious bedroom that can accommodate either a double bed (160x190 cm) or two single beds, a 6-door wardrobe, and a desk with a workspace;
- separate kitchen equipped with: stovetop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, electric kettle, pots and pans, various utensils, and a pantry stocked with food;
- dining area separate from the kitchen;
- bathroom with a window, featuring a sink, toilet, handheld showerhead, and shower stall (90x70), (equipped with a hair dryer, towels, and soap);
- sunny terrace with a view, equipped with an electric awning, a table, and two chairs.

The apartment also features free Wi-Fi (fiber), 2 air conditioners (with heat pump), independent heating with radiators in every room, and a ceiling fan.

The building consists of only two apartments, both managed by us, ensuring peace and privacy.

Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM, subject to prior arrangement regarding your expected arrival time (via text message).
