"Travelers looking for a decently-equipped kitchen and a couple of bedrooms will be pretty happy with this property. It seems recently renovated; everything was in great shape and had most of the amenities you'd expect -- beach and parking tags, most kitchen equipment, nice-sized TV, and plenty of seating. Our only real issue, and not under the host's control, was the scarcity of parking. At the time of our visit, several nearby houses were being renovated and often half a dozen work trucks...

"the location was nice in that you can see the water, the house is in need of updates. there was a stale smoke smell, paint cans in one of the bathrooms that were dangerous if a child got into them. the bedrooms were comfortable and served the group. The central air was barely working. There were no beach towels as the org listing stated when I booked. NIce coffee shop and breakfast in walking distance."

"I feel like the description is a little misleading so our initial impression of the home was disappointment. It is not 2 bedrooms as listed. There are 3 beds, but 1 bedroom. The third bed is a pullout couch in the living room. When the description said ground level we were not expecting it to be in the basement. Because it is a converted basement there are low ceilings and tiny windows with very little natural light you can't tell you are at the beach. Once we got over our initial disappointment...
