Beaucoup de détails non indiqués dans l'annonce/mal expliqués : logements dans des étages et escaliers, jeux payants dans la grande salle, pas de serviette disponible alors que les photos en montrent. Le jacuzzi est à partager selon des créneaux d'inscription, pour l'ensemble de la résidence. Le logement reste propre avec un accueil bienveillant. Davantage d'explications auraient été nécessaires. "Très bon séjour en famille/amis. 1 nuit où nous avons très bien dormi. Nous avons tous apprécié. La dame qui nous a accueilli était très gentil, prévenante et sympa. Néanmoins, c'est un peu comme les burger du macdo, en publicité ça donne très bien, mais la réalité désillusionne, bien que chambre convenable. "The host was really fantastic, the communication with him was smooth and easy and he helped us quickly with the resolution of a WiFi problem. The house is so clean, good forniture, amazing kitchen and everything is brand new. Also our dog was happy to be there.If we will pass by Colmar again in the future, for sure we will come back to this property. Also because the strategic point to see all the cities around Colmar"

"The trip started very bad at the check-in, as there was missunderstanding about the SPA access. There is no SPA Access included on the price for hotel guests. You have to pay 35 Euros per Person if you wanna use the SPA. The front desk manager was very nice and she did everything possible to make us happy. Overall we had a nice stay and would come back again."
