"The location for this property was the only thing that was great. Closed to the Ventura Pier and the fairgrounds. The one Quyen size bed room has a decent size and cleaned. The amenities is a meh. No in-room coffee maker or shampoo/conditioner or b body shops. They provided 2 small bars of soap and that was it. For the rate that this place demands, only mediocre coffee was offered at the front desk"

"Great place to stay. Restaurant was pretty good, bed was comfortable, staff was very nice and helpful. Will stay again!"

"At first check in was virtual. Couldn't hear him, and connection was so bad we lost communication twice. After virtual check in guy came back was told to come back later. When I came back they couldn't find my reservation and was told I might have gone to the wrong location. After about 10 minutes and showing her my reservation I got the room."

"The stay was good. The linens could stand to be updated. The sheets and towels were thin and rough. Otherwise, the place had everything you needed. Staff was very nice."
