House located 600 meters from the beach of Gold, 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Courseulles sur Mer and Arromanches-Les-Bains, 20 minutes from Bayeux, and 25 minutes from Caen. Halfway between the beaches of Sword and Omaha.
Recent house of 120 m2 on two levels with the ground floor bedroom and shower room, upstairs 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom. A garden with trees and fenced 650 m2 with south facing terrace.
2 minutes walk from the shops.
Possibility of parking three cars inside and a parking place in front of the house.
