"This place need so much attention on cleanliness, my son and I have to pull out our sleeping bags, so we can sleep better. The room was not dusted in days(weeks)? They had a cat and went right inside the room, thank God we are not allergic to them. They own the place and sleep in the place, with their bedroom right on top of ours, I couldn’t sleep at all, because I can hear them moving around. "

"Perched high above Saint-Jean-de-Luz, the views are terrific. The rooms are exquisitely and thoughtfully furnished. The villa itself is like a museum with an endless and fascinating collection of art and objects. The breakfast was delicious and served by the owner himself. Although the weather was too chilly to sit outdoors, had it been warmer, it would have been an ideal place to lounge and enjoy the pool. Parking is on the street, but it was not a problem. Highly recommend for an experience...

"We had a fabulous experience. The place is extremelly beautiful and well maintained. The apartment was cozy and we could find everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped too. There is free parking which is very convenient. You can easily park downtown to reach the main attractions. The host, Mr Iban, was definitely a highlight of our stay. Super friendly, welcoming and willing to show us the best of his region, with his profound knowledge, he made our stay much more interesting. Highly...

"１　ロケーション、LIFT、清潔さ、レセプションの対応、　　どれを取り上げても　申し分無かった。　　残念な点が　二点有る。　シャワーと　暖房です。シャワーは　体にかける温水がシャワーブースを　氾濫して外側にジャージャー流れだし　ブースのフロアは水浸しです。　原因はフロアの排水口の水位が高くて　水は低い方へ流れ出した。原因はそれだけです。　悪いのは　それだけでは無く　シャワースペースの外へ流れ出す水を防ぐ　仕切り　凸部分が無いことです。２　第２点　室内に温水暖房が設置されていて　最初に　　見たとき　大いに期待しましたが　室内の調節バルブ　　からの水漏れ滴下。　　ホテル側操作で　勝手に　ON　Oｆｆを行い　結果と　　して　寒い時間帯に無く　大変悩まされました。結論：風呂　空調が悪くては　０点です。０点です。　 "
