"Property seemed fine on arrival and Leila was very good at welcoming us. We picked this particular property because of the lovely gardens and outside pools which were in a gated enclosure. Sadly the area was closed and not accessible during our stay which was extremely disappointing as this was not mentioned when we booked! Fortunately we had a car to go to the beach 10 minutes away. "Nice buffet selection food overall but having paid for meal I did I not think I need to pay for water or some drinks of course not including alcoholic beverages . Every place I've being when paying for all inclusive meals water and cold drinks always included , they only included juices and te or coffe for breakfast not dinner"
